We can customize cleaning based on what the customers requests are.

Hourly rate is $ 30.00. On an average 4 hours are done with  these duties provided for an estimated area of 2,500 sq footage. This is subject to change if rentors have left vacation rental dirtier then average. We will also notify Owners of any change or furnishings, damages, etc.

FLOOR:

Sweep and mop hard surface. (hardwood, tile and other)

Vacuum and spot clean rugs, carpets and mats.

RESTROOM:

Clean and sanitize toilet, sink and urinals.

Clean walls by sink and urinals.

Clean and refill dispensers: soap. towel, tissues, napkin.

Clean glass and mirrors.

Polish chrome hardware.

Sweep and mop floors.

Clean floor drains.

Clean partitions and doors.

LIVING ROOM:

Dust air vents, window sills, chair rails and baseboards.

Clean Cabinets, inside and out.

Clean Outside of all Appliances.

Clean Counter Space, Cofee Pot, Microwave, Refrigerator inside and out, Kitchen Table and Chairs.

Shine all Chrome.

Sanitize and Scrub Counter, Sinks and Back-splash.

EXTERIOR AREA:

Clean and Sweep Entrance Area.

Pick-up Paper, Trash and Debris.

Sweep sidewalk and Exterior Area.

INTERIOR AREA:

Clean and Spot Remove from Doors, Frames, Walls and Partitions.

Clean Entrance Area.

Clean Ledges and Window Sills.

Dust and Clean Baseboards.

Empty and Reline Waste Cans.

Empty and Damp Wipe Ash Trays and Urns.

Replace and Clean Lights.

Dust, Damp Wipe and Polish all Chairs, Clocks and Pictures.

Clean and Vacuum Vents, Fans and Blinds.*If there is lots of build up on blinds that have been neglected before our services, we can offer an additional service cost to thoroughly clean blinds.

Vacuum Upholstered Furniture and Drapes.

Clean and Polish Interior Glass and Windows.

Clean and Polish all Light Switches and Handles.

Dust and Polish Desks, Tables and Computers.

Sanitize all Phones.
